For the purpose of this Part, the competent authority shall be:	Käesolevas osas tähendab pädev asutus:
1. for the oversight of the continuing airworthiness of individual aircraft and the issue of airworthiness review certificates the authority designated by the Member State of registry.	1. üksikute õhusõidukite jätkuva lennukõlblikkuse järelevalve ja lennukõlblikkuse kontrolli sertifikaatide väljastamise puhul registreerijaliikmesriigi määratud asutus;
2. for the oversight of a maintenance organisation as specified in M.A. Subpart F,	2. käesoleva osa A jao F alajaos määratletud hooldusorganisatsiooni tegevuse üle järelevalve teostamise puhul
(i) the authority designated by the Member State where that organisation's principle place of business is located.	i) selle liikmesriigi määratud asutus, kus asub organisatsiooni peamine tegevuskoht;
(ii) the Agency if the organisation is located in a third country.	ii) amet, kui organisatsiooni asukoht on kolmandas riigis;
3. for the oversight of a continuing airworthiness management organisation as specified in M.A. Subpart G,	3. käesoleva osa A jao G alajaos määratletud jätkuvat lennukõlblikkust tagava organisatsiooni tegevuse üle järelevalve teostamise puhul
(i) the authority designated by the Member State where that organisation's principle place of business is located if the approval is not included in an air operator's certificate.	i) selle liikmesriigi määratud asutus, kus asub organisatsiooni peamine tegevuskoht, kui lennuettevõtja sertifikaat kõnealust luba ei sisalda;
(ii) the authority designated by the Member State of the operator if the approval is included in an air operator's certificate.	ii) käitaja liikmesriigi määratud asutus, kui kõnealune luba sisaldub lennuettevõtja sertifikaadis;
(iii) the Agency if the organisation is located in a third country.	iii) amet, kui organisatsiooni asukoht on kolmandas riigis;
4. for the approval of maintenance programmes,	4. hooldusprogrammide heakskiitmise puhul
(i) the authority designated by the Member State of registry.	i) registreerijaliikmesriigi määratud asutus;
(ii) in the case of commercial air transport, when the Member State of the operator is different from the State of registry, the authority agreed by the above two States prior to the approval of the maintenance programme.	ii) ärilise lennutranspordi korral, kui käitaja liikmesriik ei ole registreerijaliikmesriik, asutus, milles mõlemad nimetatud liikmesriigid lepivad kokku enne hooldusprogrammi heakskiitmist.
(iii) By derogation from paragraph 4(i), when the continuing airworthiness of an aircraft not used in commercial air transport is managed by a continuing airworthiness management organisation approved in accordance with Section A, Subpart G of this Annex (Part M) not subject to the oversight of the Member State of registry, and only if agreed with the Member State of registry prior to the approval of the maintenance programme: (added EC No 1056/2008)	iii) Erandina punkti 4 alapunktist i, juhul kui äriliseks lennutranspordiks mittekasutatava õhusõiduki jätkuvat lennukõlblikkust tagab käesoleva lisa (M osa) A jao G alajao kohaselt sertifitseeritud jätkuvat lennukõlblikkust tagav organisatsioon, mille üle ei teosta järelevalvet registreerijaliikmesriik, ning üksnes juhul, kui registreerijaliikmesriigiga on enne hooldusprogrammi heakskiitmist kokku lepitud:
(a) the authority designated by the Member State responsible for the oversight of the continuing airworthiness management organisation, or	a) jätkuvat lennukõlblikkust tagava organisatsiooni üle järelevalvet teostava liikmesriigi määratud asutus, või
(b) the Agency if the continuing airworthiness management organisation is located in a third country.	b) amet, kui jätkuvat lennukõlblikkust tagava organisatsiooni asukoht on kolmandas riigis.
