M.B.301 Maintenance programme	M.B.301 Huolto-ohjelma
(a) The competent authority shall verify that the maintenance programme is in compliance with M.A.302. (see AMC M.B.301 (a)) (what is competent authority, see M1 4 (i))	a) Toimivaltaisen viranomaisen on varmistettava, että huolto-ohjelma on kohdan M.A.302 mukainen.
(b) Except where stated otherwise in M.A.302(c) the maintenance programme and its amendments shall be approved directly by the competent authority. (see AMC M.B.301 (b)) reference change 1056/2008	b) Ellei kohdassa M.A.302(c) määrätä toisin, huolto-ohjelman ja siihen tehtyjen muutosten on oltava toimivaltaisen viranomaisen suoraan hyväksymiä.
(c) In the case of indirect approval, the maintenance programme procedure shall be approved by the competent authority through the continuing airworthiness management exposition. (see AMC M.B.301 (c))	c) Kun on kyse välillisestä hyväksynnästä, toimivaltainen viranomainen hyväksyy huolto-ohjelmamenettelyn jatkuvan lentokelpoisuuden hallinnan selvityksen kautta.
(d) In order to approve a maintenance programme according to paragraph (b), the competent authority shall have access to all the data required in M.A.302(d), (e) and (f). (see AMC M.B.301 (c)) reference change 1056/2008	d) Voidakseen hyväksyä huolto-ohjelman kohdan (b) mukaan toimivaltaisen viranomaisen on saatava käyttöönsä kaikki kohdissa M.A.302(d), (e) ja (f) vaaditut tiedot.
